The 4th annual College IT Conference (CITC) was held on Friday 3rd December 2010 at the conference centre of Chelsea Football Club (Stamford Bridge stadium).
The conference offered a lively day of seminars and round-table discussions relevant to College IT managers. A broad range of technical and management related topics were covered including cloud computing, unified electronic communications, and enterprise information management. The keynote was delivered by IBM’s CTO Steve Legg on his vision for the future of storage technology.
Conference delegates were able to take a tour of the impressive stadium and get a glimpse of the behind scenes facilities, including normally off-limits areas such as the dug-outs and the changing rooms. As with past conferences the day’s events were rounded off with a formal dinner.
